Arrests

4/12 at 10:26 p.m. Carlos A. Fennelly, 39, of South Portland, was arrested on Mussey Street by Officer Theodore Sargent on a charge of violating conditions of release. 

4/13 at 9:41 p.m. Cathy A. Mulligan, 38, no address listed, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer David Stailing on charges of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and violating conditions of release.
