A tractor-trailer donated by Shaw Brothers Construction makes its way up Congress Street in Portland Thursday morning with a 65-foot blue spruce donated by Alan Betters of South Portland. The tree was headed for Monument Square, where it will be decorated for the holidays with 3,000 LED lights that will be lit at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 23.
