The snow is gone, the days are ever-longer and there's even an occasional hint of warmth in the air. Thankfully, spring is here.

For local sports fans, one of the best things about spring is the return of baseball, softball, lacrosse, track and tennis.

Local individuals and teams have excelled in those sports for years and are expected to do so again in 2009.

With that in mind, get out and catch Brunswick, Morse and Mt. Ararat in action. You'll be glad you did.

The following is our take on each and every team at every school in our coverage area.
