A winning winter it was A triumphant, exciting season in the books

There were ample highlights for winter sports fans, whatever your pleasure, in 2008-09.
There was hardwood drama aplenty as six of eight local teams made the playoffs.
On the ice, Brunswick's boys got back to the tournament, while the Brunswick girls took part in an historic season.
Local standouts also sizzled in track, swimming and wrestling.
