Arrests 2/11 at 4:10 p.m. Jason T. McPhail, 39, of Meadow Road, Topsham, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Thomas Gabbard on charges of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, possession of marijuana and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting).
