Cumberland Police Beat: Dec. 13

Arrests 12/5 at 3:30 a.m. Rikilyn M. Parry, 22, of Mill Road, was arrested on Greely Road by Officer Ryan Martin on a charge of operating under the influence, and issued a summons on a charge of failing to make an oral or written accident report.
