5/28 at 5:17 p.m. Judith Rutter, 59, of Sequoia Road, Freeport, was issued a summons on Cumberland Street by Officer Aime Rapa on a charge of operating an unregistered vehicle.

5/30 at 3:47 p.m. Deanna Young, 18, of Tannery Lane, was issued a summons on Melissa Driveby Officer Roger Moore on a charge of passing a stopped school bus.
