Arrests

7/17 at 2:43 a.m. Margot Kovach, 56, of Range Way, Topsham, was arrested at Mill and Cushing streets by Officer Jerod Verrill on a charge of operating under the influence.

7/20 at 1:57 p.m. Frederick B. Harlow, 72, of Pleasant Hill Road, Freeport, was arrested on Bath Road by Officer John Roma on an outstanding warrant from another agency. 

7/21 at 2:51 p.m. Eugene Crosman, 41, of Main Street, Topsham, was arrested on Maine Street by Officer Paul Hansen on a charge of criminal trespass, a probation hold and an outstanding warrant from another agency.

7/22 at 12:03 a.m. Robert J. Stanton, 61, of Bow Street, was arrested on Maine Street by Officer Thomas Stanton on charges of theft by unauthorized taking, criminal trespass and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug.

7/22 at 2:50 a.m. Christopher L. Cheetham, 35, of Beverly Drive, was arrested on Beverly Drive by Officer Garrett Brosnan on a probation hold.

7/17 at 11:21 p.m. Gisele A. Grant, 58, of Lisbon Falls, was issued a summons on Pleasant Street by Officer Patrick Scott on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license. 

7/18 at 11:08 a.m. Rany Soeun, 34, of Whitehouse Crossing, was issued a summons on Tibbetts Drive by Officer William Brown on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

7/18 at 9:59 p.m. Kerry L. Berry, 40, of Washington Street, Bath, was issued a summons on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Patrick Scott on a charge of operating with a suspended registration. 

7/18 at 11:10 p.m. Damion A. Vassell, 34, of Boone Hall Drive, Charleston, South Carolina, was issued a summons at School Street and Park Row by Officer Patrick Scott on a charge of operating without a license.

7/19 at 12:49 a.m. Benjamin A. Maddocks, 22, of Commercial Street, Boothbay Harbor, was issued a summons at Bath and Jordan roads by Officer Patrick Scott on charges of sale or use of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of scheduled drug. 

7/19 at 11:15 p.m. Mark E. Lewis, 46, of Thornton Road, Bangor, was issued a summons on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Jerod Verrill on charges of sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

7/20 at 1:57 p.m. David A. Gilliam, 41, of Cundy's Harbor Road, Harpswell, was issued a summons on Bath Road by Officer John Roma on a charge of burglary.
