Road race to disrupt South Portland traffic

SOUTH PORTLAND — Broadway and Preble Street will be partially closed on Sunday, June 22, for the Color Run 5K road race. Drivers should expect delays, according to a Police Department press release.

The first wave of an expected 6,000 runners will begin at 9 a.m. at Southern Maine Community College, run through Willard Square and end at Bug Light Park. 

Boaters will have access to the public boat ramp during the race, but should also expect delays.
