Falmouth Police Beat: June 5
5/26 at 8:08 p.m. Cesar A. Rueda, 47, of Rose Street, Bath, was arrested on Middle Road by Sgt. George Savidge on charges of domestic violence assault and criminal mischief.
5/27 at 5:15 p.m. Faduma A. Ibrahim, 23, of Auburn Street, Portland, was arrested on Gray Road by Officer Jeff Pardue on a charge of operating under the influence.
5/27 at 3:09 p.m. Ella L. Brown, 51, of Foreside Road, was arrested at her residence by Officer Dan Austin on an outstanding warrant from another agency.
No criminal summonses were reported from May 23-30.
Making a night of it
5/25 at 10:03 p.m. A concerned resident of Fieldstone Lane called police to report a prowler inside a darkened home with a flashlight. Police determined the flashlight-wielding man was a contractor hanging drywall.
Ram and run
5/26 at 8:08 p.m. Falmouth police charged a Bath man with domestic violence assault and criminal mischief after he allegedly punched his ex-boyfriend and another man in their faces and caused $3,000 in damages by ramming a parked car with his own on Middle Road, according to Lt. John Kilbride. Cesar A. Rueda, 47, of Rose Street, Bath, was later arrested by Bath police and charged in that town for allegedly driving under the influence.
5/25 at 12:09 p.m. Vehicle crash with injury on Foreside Road.
