Karate students compete in tournament

Tracy's Karate-Ju-Jitsu students from Cumberland, Falmouth, Freeport, North Yarmouth and Yarmouth recently took part in a tournament in Bucksport, where approximately 200 competitors from all over Maine and Canada vied for trophies.  At the Black belt testing following the tournament, four students were promoted. Sensei Lauren Dawes and her father, Sensei John Dawes, were both promoted to firstdegree, Sensei Jenna Rice was promoted to second degree and Sensei Kristy Dawes was promoted to seventhdegree black belt.
