Arrests

5/1 at 4:11 p.m. Eric P. Dalton, 44, of Sunflower Lane, West Bath, was arrested on Union Street by Officers Daniel A. Sylvain on charges of criminal trespass and criminal mischief.

5/1 at 5:35 p.m. David Lewis, 58, of High Street, Lisbon Falls, was arrested at Midcoast Hospital by Officer Edward Yurek on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

5/2 at 12:58 a.m. David McGoldrick, 20, of Merepoint Road, was arrested on Harpswell Road by Officer Jason E. McCarthy on charges of operating under the influence and operating without a license.

5/2 at 8:06 p.m. Jonathan M. Havener, 22, of Bath Road was arrested by Lt. Todd Ridlon at Woodside and Pleasant Hill roads on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license, possession of marijuana, sale and use of drug paraphernalia and violating conditions of release.

5/3 at 12:12 a.m. Jarod J. Jonathan, 31, of Range Road, was arrested on Maine Street by Officer Robert Lane on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

5/3 at 12:12 a.m. Matthew Bruckshaw, 28, of Elizabeth Street, Pittsfield, was arrested on Maine Street by Officer Robert Lane on charges of disorderly conduct and assault.

5/4 at 1:34 p.m. Jason Ray Munsey, 32, of Cumberland Street, was arrested on Maine Street by Officer Russell E. Wrede on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

5/4 at 10:38 p.m. Christopher R. Carrier, 28, of School House Crossing Road, Topsham, was arrested on Rossmore Road by Officer Thomas P. Stanton on a charge of operating under the influence.

Summonses

5/2 at 10:24 a.m. Kellie M. Brooks, 22, of Alna Road, Alna, was issued a summons on Tibbetts Drive by Officer Julia  Gillespie on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

5/6 at 10:38 p.m. A 17-year-old juvenile, no gender listed, was issued a summons on Tibbetts Drive by Officer John P. Roma on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.
