Arrests

4/7 at 2:53 p.m. Estefania Rigueroa, 24, of San Juan Street, Boston, Mass., was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Shawn Anastasoff on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and trafficking in prison contraband.

4/7 at 2:53 p.m. Kairis I. Sanchez, 19, of Cumberland Avenue, Portland, was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Shawn Anastasoff on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating a conditions of release.

4/8 at 7:41 a.m. Arthur J. Gallant, 48, of Oak Circle, Gorham, was arrested at Gorham Road and Maple Avenue by Officer Timothy Dalton on charges of operating under the influence, operating with a suspended or revoked license, operating without a license and possession of a suspended license. 

4/8 at 9:59 p.m. Lisa E. Freeman, 42, of Barbara Avenue, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Austin Clark on a charge of operating under the influence.

4/10 at 5:58 p.m. Wayne Ellis, 55, of David Drive, was arrested at County Road and Crystal Lane by Officer Joshua Guay on charges of operating under the influence and sale or use of drug paraphernalia.

4/12 at 2:08 p.m. Stephen A. Hay, 55, of High Street, Bath, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Michael Beeler on an outstanding warrant from another agency. 

4/12 at 10:46 p.m. John C. Forbis, 45, of Grant Street, Portland, was arrested on Payne Road by Officer Austin Clark on charges of theft by unauthorized use of property, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, operating under the influence and operating after habitual offender revocation.

4/9 at 7:17 a.m. Jonas E. Washington, 33, of Haskell Street, Westbrook, was issued a summons on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Timothy Dalton on a charge of operating with suspended registration. 

4/9 at 5:10 p.m. Tammi Ravard, 46, of Portland Avenue, Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons at U.S. Route 1 and Dunstan Avenue by Officer Austin Clark on a charge of operating with suspended registration.

4/11 at 2:09 p.m. William D. Adkisson, 30, of Brackett Street, Portland, was issued a summons on U.S. Route 1 by Officer John Gill on a charge of attaching false plates.

4/12 at 2:29 a.m. A 17-year-old male, of Scarborough, was issued a summons at U.S. Route 1 and Southgate Road by Sgt. Mary Pearson on a charge of a minor consuming liquor.

4/12 at 7:36 p.m. Jesse J. Zorski, 26, of Winslow Park, Freeport, was issued a summons on Payne Road by Officer Austin Clark on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

4/13 at 7:42 p.m. Fatema K. Jahlool, 29, of Parkview Court, Biddeford, was issued a summons on Sawyer Road by Officer Benjamin Landry on a charge of attaching false plates.

It’s five o’ clock somewhere

4/11 at 11:08 p.m. A male employee allegedly arrived drunk for his night shift on Pin Oak Drive and refused to leave, according to a fellow employee who called police. The caller said she had offered to call the man a cab, but was unsure of what to do when he could not recall his address. Police arrived and stood with the man until he got a ride home.

4/12 at 7:36 p.m. Police issued a summons to a male suspect in the Marden’s parking lot after he allegedly walked out of the discount store without paying for 12 cans of spray paint, valued at $65.
