Topsham Police Beat: March 14
3/4 at 5:12 p.m. Katherine Erbes, 40, of Main Street, was arrested by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Main Street on outstanding warrants from other agencies. Erbes was also charged with cultivation of marijuana.
3/5 at 3:21 p.m. Gilles Poulin, 34, of River Road, was arrested by Officer Michael Laurence on Main Street on a charge of violating probation.
3/9 at 1:44 a.m. Kevin Bruning, 23, of White Street, was arrested by Reserve Officer Cheryl Holmes on Lewiston Road on a charge of operating under the influence.
3/9 at 4:11 p.m. Anthony Fischer, 20, of Marquis Lane, Harpswell, was arrested by Officer Mark McDonald on Pleasant Street on a charge of unlawful possession of Schedule X drugs.
3/9 at 5:55 p.m. Michael Heinitz, 24, of Raymond Road, was arrested by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Raymond Road on charges of violating conditions of release and unlawful possession of Schedule W drugs.
3/9 at 7:02 p.m. Jason Roberts, 43, of Pleasant Street, was arrested by Reserve Officer Cheryl Holmes on Pleasant Street on an outstanding warrant from another agency.
3/4 at 4:54 p.m. Sandra Weiss, 64, no town given, was issued a summons by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Main Street on a charge of operating with an unregistered motor vehicle for more than 150 days.
3/9 at 9:10 a.m. Isaac Siegfried, 33, of Antietam Street, Brunswick, was issued a summons by Officer Mark McDonald on Lewiston Road on a charge of operating after suspension.
