3/3 at 11:51 p.m. Quigley B. Douglas, 22, of Holmes Road, Scarborough, was arrested on Holmes Road by Office Scott Vaughan on a charge of domestic violence assault.
3/5 at 12:18 p.m. Samantha J. Mayo, 29, of Elm Street, Saco, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Andrew Flynn on an outstanding warrant from another agency.
3/5 at 12:18 p.m. Ryan Keenan, 31, of Elm Street, Saco, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Andrew Flynn on a charge of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug.
3/7 at 3:19 a.m. Kristen L. Moreau, 25, of Washington Street, Biddeford, was arrested on Gorham Road and Payne Road by Officer Benjamin Landry on a charge of operating under the influence.

3/8 at 8:32 p.m. Elizabeth Brown, 51, of Imperial Lane, Scarborough, was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Michael Thurlow on charges of failure to register a vehicle, operating without a license, operating with a suspended or revoked license, operating with suspended registration and outstanding warrants from another agency.
3/9 at 10:33 a.m. Valery N. Kostin, 55, of Kala Lane, Scarborough, was arrested on Kala Lane by Officer John Gill on a charge of domestic violence assault.
3/9 at 12:00 p.m. Edward J. O'Brien, 50, of Pine Point Road, Scarborough, was arrested at U.S. Route 1 and Harlow Street by Officer Douglass Weed on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.
3/5 at 10:17 p.m. Daniel B. Niles, 23, of Casco Street, Portland, was issued a summons on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Craig Hebert on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license and failing to register a vehicle.

3/9 at 10:32 a.m. Matthew D. Tarrio, 24, of Chamberlain Street, Augusta, was issued a summons at Broadturn Road and Ash Swamp Road by Officer Scott Vaughan on charges of possession of marijuana and sale or use of drug paraphernalia.
3/9 at 10:34 p.m. Jonathan F. Brouillet, 23, of King Street, Westbrook, was issued a summons on Pine Point Road and Ross Road by Officer Benjamin Landry on a charge of failing to register a vehicle.
3/3 at 10:05 a.m. A man called police to report that $200 was withdrawn from his bank account at Gorham Savings Bank without his knowledge in late February. He later found out that the culprit was his brother, who he'd given permission to occasionally use the account.
