Arrests

2/25 at 8:37 p.m. Amanda Whitworth, 31, of Middle Street, Bath, was arrested by Officer Gabrielle Mathieu on Lewiston Road on an outstanding warrant from another agency .

2/27 at 8:08 a.m. Theodore Lague, 31, no address listed, was arrested by Detective Mark LaFountain on Lewiston Road on a charge of operating after suspension.

Summonses

2/24 at 9:45 a.m. Leon Smith Jr., 65, of Hanson Drive, was issued a summons by Detective Mark LaFountain on Main Street on a charge of operating with an expired registration more than 150 days.

2/25 at 7:37 a.m. A 16-year-old boy, of Topsham, was issued a summons by Officer William Collins on Mallett Drive on a charge of speeding at least 30 mph more than the limit.

2/25 at 8:22 a.m. Hillary Marquis, 24, of Bay Point Road, Georgetown, was issued a summons by Detective Mark LaFountain on U.S. Route 1 in Brunswick on a charge of operating without a license.

2/28 at 7:51 p.m. Vivi Kenney-Stilphen, 52, no town given, was issued a summons by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Perkins Street on a charge of possession of a usable amount of marijuana.
