Arrests

2/20 at 2:21 a.m. Todd Preston, 26, of Purchase Street, Rockland, was arrested on southbound Interstate 295 by Officer Thomas Gabbard on charges of operating while license suspended or revoked and violating the conditions of his release.

2/20 at 8:51 p.m. Jack A. McCabe Jr., 26, of Bennoch Road, Old Town, was arrested on Durham Road by Officer Matthew Moorhouse on charges of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, unlawful possession of a Schedule X drug, and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

2/23 at 12:37 a.m. Michelle C. Libby, 33, of Wells, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Matthew Moorhouse on a charge of operating under the influence.

2/24 at 11:58 a.m. Douglas B. Campbell, 46, of Rogers Road, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Paul Powers on a charge of operating under the influence.

2/24 at 12:15 a.m. Eric B. Welsh, 24, of River Road, Brunswick, was issued a summons on northbound Interstate 295 by Officer Jerod Verrill on a charge of sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

2/24 at 11:39 p.m. Krysta E. Davis, 25, of Cooper Lane, Auburn, was issued a summons on Durham Road by Officer Jerod Verrill on charges of operating with suspended registration and failure to register vehicle.
