Arrests

2/10 at 10:52 p.m. Kyle J. Snow, 34, of Angers Road, Windham, was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Officer John Gill on charges of possession of marijuana, disorderly conduct, refusing to submit to arrest and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

2/14 at 7:14 p.m. Gedeon B. Semuhoza, 23, of Pearl Street, Portland, was arrested at Black Point Road and U.S. Route 1 by Officer Ian Theriault on charges of operating under the influence, operating with a suspended or revoked license and failing to stop for an officer.

2/14 at 11:26 p.m. Kim A. Chapman, 44, of Banks Road, Parsonsfield, was arrested at Payne and Scottow Hill roads by Officer John Gill on charges of operating under the influence, refusing to submit to arrest and possession of marijuana.

2/15 at 5:41 p.m. Leon K. Warren, 35, of Pool Street, Biddeford, was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Austin Clark on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

Summonses

2/12 at 10:10 p.m. Joseph E. Slezak, 26, of Cottage Road, Windham, was issued a summons on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Andrew Flynn on a charge of operating without a license.

2/16 at 6:01 p.m. Judith M. Ellison, 52, of Dunstan Avenue, was issued a summons on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Michael Thurlow on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

Driven to distraction

2/10 at 1:39 p.m. The driver of a vehicle who complained about another driver repeatedly braking on Mussey Road was warned by police about following too closely and recording the incidents on a cell phone.

Icy intruder

2/11 at 4:52 p.m. Police responding to a call about a suspicious person near Black Point Road think it may have been someone on snowshoes in Scarborough Marsh.

2/15 at 11:09 p.m. Vehicle owners from Hiram and West Baldwin were warned by police after they were reported doing doughnuts in the Walmart parking lot on Gallery Boulevard.
