Arrests

7/6 at 2:50 a.m. Samantha Bissell, 22, of Sanford, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Ryan Le on charges of operating under the influence and operating without a license.

7/7 at 2:40 a.m. Marek A. Lam, 21, of Coral Springs, Fla., was arrested on Broadway by Officer Kevin Gerrish on a charge of operating under the influence.

7/7 at 11:03 p.m. Ahmed Sadek, 18, of South Portland, was arrested on Westbrook Street by Officer Andrew Nelson on charges of operating without a license and violating conditions of release.
