Arrests

6/10 at 5:57 p.m. Keith Doyon, 31, of Huntley Drive, was arrested at Highland Avenue and Ole Musket Road by Officer Cody Lounder on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

6/11 at 4:28 p.m. Alicia A. Chick, 31, of Valley Street, Portland, was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Shawn Anastasoff on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

6/11 at 6:13 p.m. Jesse L. Allen. 26, of Cottage Road, Windham, was arrested at Payne Road and Haigis Parkway by Officer Michael Thurlow on an outstanding warrant from another agency and charges of operating with a suspended registration and violating conditions of release.

6/12 at 9:47 p.m. Shawn A. Allen, 34, of South Street, Biddeford, was arrested at East Grand Avenue and Longwave Place by Officer Andrew Flynn on an outstanding warrant from another agency and a charge of possession of marijuana.

6/13 at 12:25 p.m. Staff at the Fairfield Inn reported a Nissan Altima had been running since about 5 a.m. with no one in the car. A guest had inadvertently started the rental car with a button on the key fob.

6/15 at 4:09 p.m. Police said Moody's Collision Center owner Shawn Moody apologized after helicopter tours that were part of a company party on Pleasant Hill Road drew a complaint about low-altitude flights.
