3/9 at 12:43 a.m. Charles Long, 31, of South Portland, was arrested on Westbrook Street by Officer Alfred Giusto on a charge of operating under the influence.

3/9 at 3:06 a.m. Kristie Parsons, 33, of Hollis, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Alfred Giusto on charges of criminal mischief, criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.
