3/12 at 11:08 a.m. Jo Ellen Brillant, 66, of Higgins Road, West Bath, was arrested by Detective Marc Brunelle on Water Street on a charge of gross sexual assault.

3/15 at 1:18 a.m. Brad Tobey, 27, of Theodore Drive, Brunswick, was arrested by Cpl. Andrew Booth on State Road in West Bath on a charge of operating under the influence.

3/17 at 6:20 p.m. Daniel Rollins, 50, of Court Street, was arrested by Cpl. Andrew Booth on Centre Street on a charge of operating under the influence, and issued a summons on a charge of possession of a usable amount of marijuana.
