3/11 at 12:28 a.m. Kristina Vining, 22, of Tuttle Road, was arrested by Officer Ryan Martin on Cross Road on a charge of operating after suspension, and issued a summons on charges of possession of a suspended/revoked license/permit, possessing marijuana and sale or use of drug paraphernalia.
