Arrests

3/5 at 7:26 p.m. Joy L. Mulvihill, 40, of Portland, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Andrew Flynn on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

3/10 at 12:27 p.m. Ken Lee, 43, of Spring Street, was arrested on Scarborough Downs Road by Officer Shawn Anastasoff on a charge of disorderly conduct.

3/4 at 1:13 p.m. Edgar G. Smith, 52, of Main Street, Lincoln, was issued a summons on Payne Road by Officer Michael Beeler on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

3/4 at 3:26 p.m. Christopher Roby, 38, of Scarborough, was issued a summons at Route 1 and Municipal Drive by Officer Andrew Flynn on a charge of failure to stop at a signal.

Traffic trifecta

3/4 at 11:56 a.m. A driver on Holmes Road was given warnings for unsafe operation and failure to use a safety belt after allegedly ignoring the signal at Holmes and Broadturn roads and passing a vehicle in a no-passing zone on Holmes Road.

Fleeced

3/5 at 9:28 a.m. A Scarborough High School student reported the theft of $60 from a fleece jacket left in a classroom.

Leafing through things

3/6 at 8:03 a.m. A man using the recycling bin outside Walmart on Gallery Boulevard reported he saw two discarded marijuana plants. Police said the plants were "wilted, saturated, hard to identify visually," but a field test showed they were not marijuana.

Cut it out

3/7 at 11:22 a.m. A man seen pulling into driveways in the Pine Point Road area told police he was looking for tree limb removal jobs. He was advised to look elsewhere.
