2/5 at 2:26 p.m. Michael Albert, 38, of Eastern Promenade, Portland, was issued a summons on Route 1 by Officer Jeffrey Pardue on a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

2/6 at 5:04 p.m. Jason Ashe, 33, of Washington Avenue, Portland was issued a summons on Blackstrap Road by Officer Dean Mazziotti on a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

2/10 at 5:38 p.m. Sheena Jo Grant, 25, of Alfred Street, Biddeford, was issued a summons on Route 1 by Officer Phillip Hatch on a charge of unauthorized taking or transfer.
