Arrests

12/28 at 10:41 p.m. Derek F. Nesbitt, 21, of Hickory Drive, was arrested on Pleasant Street by Officer Patrick Scott on charges of operating under the influence, possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

12/29 at 12:40 a.m. Nicholas Blake, 27, of Spiller Hill Road, Raymond, was arrested on Maine Street by Officer Robert Lane Jr. on a charge of disorderly conduct (fighting).

12/26 at 8 a.m. John Dickinson, 18, of Cumberland Street, was issued a summons on Cumberland Street by Officer Jason McCarthy on charges of assault and violating condition of release.

12/29 at 4:13 p.m. Alicia M. Lachance, 24, of Central Avenue, Bath, was issued a summons on Tibbetts Drive by Officer Robert Lane Jr. on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

12/31 at 10:39 p.m. Shannon Lobdell, 22, of Larry Lane, was issued a summons on Larry Lane by Officer Patrick Scott on a charge of allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor. Christopher E. Lobdell, 22, of the same address, was issued a summons on the same charge.

1/1 at 9:52 p.m. Dean E. Balciar, 47, of Kurt Street, was issued a summons on Baribeau Drive by Sgt. Paul Hansen on a charge of theft of lost, mislaid or misdelivered property.
