11/20 at 10:05 a.m. A 17-year-old male, of Topsham, was issued a summons on Topsham Fair Mall Road by Detective Mark LaFountain on a charge of theft.

11/20 at 9:06 p.m. A 15-year-old male, of Topsham, was issued a summons on Main Street by Officer Mark McDonald on a charge of criminal mischief.

11/20 at 10:02 p.m. Joseph Fish, 41, of Main Street, was issued a summons on Main Street by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on a charge of violation of condition of release.

11/24 at 1:01 a.m. Kristen Perkins, 19, of Fisher Road, Bowdoinham, was issued a summons on Canam Drive by Officer Bruce Swanson on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
