Arrests

11/2 at 11:47 p.m. Gloria J. Proctor, 54, of Curtis Road, was arrested at Durham and Mallett roads by Officer Jerod Verrill on charges of operating under the influence and operating a vehicle with license suspended or revoked.

11/4 at 11:41 p.m. Jerry G. Harrison, 40, of Jackson Boulevard, was arrested at Durham Road and True Street by Officer Jerod Verrill on a charge of violating the conditions of release.

Summonses

11/3 at 10:02 p.m. Jamie K. Pearson, 36, of High Street, Richmond, was issued a summons on Mallett Drive by Officer Matthew Moorehouse on charges of operating while license suspended or revoked and failure to produce evidence of insurance.

11/5 at 2:43 p.m. Kerry A. Murphy, 42, of Salem Street, Portland, was issued a summons on Maine Street by Officer Thomas Gabbard on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting).

Early Christmas presents

10/30 at 3:17 p.m. Police responded to a burglary in progress on Arnold Street, where a camera, ring and other items were allegedly stolen. They searched the area and talked with witnesses, but no arrests were made. Total value of the stolen items is about $450, police said.
