Letter: Moriarty for state representative in District 108

I have been a resident of Cumberland for 28 years and would like to express my support for Steve Moriarty for House of Representatives, District 108.

Steve worked on the Conservation Commission, helped establish and served on the Chebeague and Cumberland Land Trust, the Veterans Monument Committee, and the North Yarmouth Standing Committee. Steve also served on the Cumberland Town Council for 21 years, helped to establish the Twin Brook Recreation Facility and was instrumental in purchasing the Rines Forest in Cumberland.

While on the Conservation Commission, I watched Steve work diligently for the interests of our community while keeping a high standard of stewardship for our environment. His excellent communication skills, sense of honesty, his genuine caring for others has made him an admired member of our community. I heartily endorse State Moriarty for Maine State House of Representatives.
