Taste of Brunswick aids hunger prevention

BRUNSWICK — The fourth annual Taste of Brunswick will happen at the Town Mall Saturday, Sept. 15, from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. The rain-or-shine event will benefit the Mid Coast Hunger Prevention Program.

More than 13 downtown vendors will showcase a diverse collection of food while musicians perform in a beer tent sponsored by Byrnes' Irish Pub.

Tickets are $5 in advance and $7 on Saturday; children under 12 get in free. Food tickets will cost $1 a piece. Admission to the event will also offer over $20 in discounts and deals at local restaurants.
