Police search for missing Brunswick man

BRUNSWICK — Police are asking for the public's help to find a man, believed to be schizophrenic, who has been missing for more than two weeks.

Jason Reil, 33, was reported missing by his family on Jan. 25, but was last seen Jan. 12.

Deputy Police Chief Marc Hagan described Reil as 5 feet 9 inches tall and 165 pounds. He has a shaved head or very short brown hair, a blond goatee, and a dragon tattoo on one forearm.

According to Hagan, Reil's family members said he stopped taking medication earlier this month and had been talking about government conspiracies. On the day he disappeared, he went out for a walk and didn't come back.

Anyone with information about Reil can call the Brunswick Police Department at 725-5521.
