Anthony Ampezzan, senior lead police officer for Portland’s West End, and Sarah Colton, community policing coordinator, cut a ribbon Tuesday morning, July 20, to officially open the new West End Policing Center at the Reiche Community Center. The event was attended by Police Chief James Craig, left, City Councilor Dave Marshall, City Manager Joseph Gray and other community leaders and organizers.
