FREEPORT — The Freeport Public Market will have its grand opening in late May. at 20 Bow St., with four tenants: Amato’s, Kamasouptra, Peachy’s Smoothies and Cafe Crepes.

“The Freeport Public Market is the perfect place for families and visitors to taste some of the best food choices available,” principal owner Godfrey Wood, of Falmouth, said. “Through our partnership of four stores, there is a broad variety of menu options, ranging from pizza, milk shakes, smoothies, fresh baked crepes, always hot and fresh local soup and breads, plus beer and wine.”

The Freeport Public Market will be open seven days a week from 8 a.m.-9 p.m., according to Wood, who is the husband of Karen Wood, publisher of The Forecaster.
