1/24 at 11:00 p.m. Roland Scott, 49, of Socokis Trail, Cornish, was issued a summons by Officer Steven Townsend on a charge of operating after license is suspended.
1/28 at 5:41 p.m. Michel Salvaggio, 57, of Bedford Falls Way, was issued a summons by Officer Steven Townsend on a charge of assault.

Attention-grabbing
1/24 at 1:23 p.m. A woman told police she believed a man had “unintentionally” exposed himself to her, although his fly was unzipped and he was holding his penis as he passed her while walking his scruffy dog along Andrews Avenue. The responding officer was unable to locate the man who was last seen across Route 1 on Kelley Road.

Computer nabbing
1/25 at 7:58 p.m. Wal-Mart security personnel called police to report a man had stolen a computer from the store. Video surveillance tape shows the man, who has not yet been identified, pushing a carriage containing a boxed computer through the fire door. The box got stuck and he had to shove hard to get it through. Police believe he may be connected to a larger group who has been grabbing merchandise and stealing shoppers’ purses in the Falmouth Wal-Mart store and others.

Neighbor jabbing
1/28 at 5:41 p.m. Police received a report from a Bedford Falls Way resident that her husband had been assaulted and thrown into a snowbank by a neighbor. According to police reports, the victim was snow-blowing after the big storm when Michel Salvaggio, 57, of 3 Bedford Falls Way, allegedly drove by in his truck with the window open. When snow was blown into the vehicle through the open window, Salvaggio allegedly got out of his truck and threw a punch at the victim. Salvaggio has been issued a summons on a charge of assault.
