FREEPORT — Irene R. (Hagan) Oliver, 61, died Dec. 14 at the Freeport Nursing Home.
She was born in North Concord, Vt., on Oct. 5, 1947, daughter of Bernard and Eva (Leblanc) Hagan.
She was married for 32 years to John Oliver and worked for the Freeport Nursing Home for 27 years.
A beloved mother and grandmother, she will be remembered for her love of baking and making holidays a special time for her family. She also enjoyed traveling to New Hampshire and Vermont to visit family.
Oliver was predeceased by her parents; brothers James, Michael and John, and twin sister Arlene.
She is survived by sisters Mary Cassidy and her husband Raymond of Vermont, and Margaret Donovan of New Hampshire; daughters Renee Nason and her husband James of Yarmouth, Debbie Farmer and her husband Aubrey of Freeport, and Michele Oliver of Freeport; and grandchildren Marissa and Ryan Nason, Kaleb and Jacob Farmer, Brittany, Bethany and Brianna Bellefleur.
Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m., Jan. 10 at the First Baptist Church, 185 Main St.
