Before breakfast on Christmas morning, our son Tim experienced a troubling physical condition which prompted us to call 911. Within minutes the North Yarmouth Rescue vehicle drove into our driveway, demonstrating a remarkable commitment to helping others on the part of Todd Kimball, Marlee Baston, Evariste Bernier, John Ames, Clark Baston and Jim Knight. That these folks would interrupt their Christmas Day plans to come to our aid was a selfless act for which we want to express our appreciation. Tim is fine and we are grateful to know that among us are individuals who are committed to emergency medical expertise and to the well-being of their neighbors.
