FREEPORT — The Planning Board will meet Wednesday, Jan. 7, to continue a discussion about updating the Comprehensive Plan.
Members are expected to review topics such as historic resources, energy and the environment, transportation and commercial ideas. Ideas were generated by a survey and public input was gathered from business owners, residents, farmers and board and committee members.
The Planning Board will also discuss the agenda for a February public hearing on shoreland zoning and changes associated with state and local regulations.
The meeting will take place at 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Town Hall.
