FREEPORT — L.L. Bean was lauded for outstanding customer service in a National Retail Federation Foundation/American Express survey.
The fourth annual NRF Customers’ Choice survey, conducted by BIGresearch, revealed that shoppers believe the Freeport-based company delivers the best customer service in all retail formats.
Other winners included Overstock.com, Zappos.com and Amazon.com.
