PORTLAND — The Munjoy Hill Neighborhood Association is collecting new coats, gloves, scarves, mittens and boots for students at the East End Community School.

There are more than 400 students at the school and the majority come from families with incomes that fall at or below the poverty line. New winter clothing is needed in all children’s sizes.

Donations can be dropped off at the school or at Lilliana’s Laundry on Congress Street. Cash donations are also welcome.
