BATH – Morse High School students drew accolades for their work March 4 and 5 at the regional competition of the Maine Drama Festival.
Competing against four other Class A schools at Windham High School, the Morse production of “Underground” earned a Judge’s Commendation for Student Playwright for Olivia Shipsey.
Alizhay Gagnon, Marisabel Rodriguez and Aidan Smart were named to the All Festival Cast.
Overall, Morse placed fourth in the competition ultimately won by students from Oxford Hills High School in South Paris.
The state Maine Drama Festival finals will be held March 18 and 19 in Millinocket.
