Local soccer stars named all-state
The all-state boys’ and girls’ soccer teams were announced last weekend and Brunswick, Morse and Mt. Ararat have players who were chosen. The boys’ Eastern Maine squad included Brunswick senior midfielder Mitchell Black and Mt. Ararat senior back Nick Oram. Morse senior forward Tori Field was named to the girls’ Western Maine team. Field was also selected as an All-New England standout.
