Brunswick hockey eliminated

The last local high school winter sports team, the Brunswick boys’ hockey squad, had its season come to an end last week with a 4-1 loss at Bangor in the Eastern Class A quarterfinals. The Dragons finished the year 7-11-1.

RSU5 coaching openings

Maine Premier Lacrosse offerings

Girls’ lacrosse programs are now open for middle and high schoolers. There will also be Learn 2 Lax programs Thursday from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. Full field high school action is also underway. FMI, mainepremierlax.com.

Used lacrosse equipment sale

The Riverside Athletic Center, 1173 Riverside St., in Portland, is holding a used lacrosse equipment sale Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The admission cost is $2. FMI, 841-2453.
