TOPSHAM — Mary Chevalier, 85, formerly of Cliffwood, N.J., died while sleeping on Dec. 27, 2010 at Amenity Manor in Topsham.
She was born in 1925, a daughter of Margaret Shields and Alfred Shields of Newark, N.J.
Her husband Henry J. Chevalier predeceased her in 1998.
She is survived by her loving daughter, Renee Chevalier, who cared for her for the last 12 years of her life while she suffered from Alzheimer’s disease; and two sisters, Margaret Thomas of California and Jane Brush of Georgia.
At her request there will be no services.
