BRUNSWICK — Marjorie Mae Fucini, 81, died March 20 at the Mid Coast Senior Health Center-Bodwell Unit.

She was born in Barnesville, Ohio, Feb. 17, 1928, the daughter of Theodore and Blanche Robb.

On Jan. 27, 1951, she married Louis David Fucini.

She supported her family during his military career, traveling with her husband to Spain, Italy, Colorado, Massachusetts and Ohio during his 23-year career with the Air Force.

In 1983, she and her husband moved to Maine to be near family. A loving wife and mother, she was always concerned about helping other people. She continued to support the military overseas, sending care packages to the troops fighting today.

Her hobbies included making quilts for family and friends, dancing and tending her roses.

She was predeceased by her daughter, Constance Dee Murphy.

Surviving are her husband Louis David of Brunswick; sons, Michael C. Fucini and his wife Jennifer of Durham, and Stephen E. Fucini and his wife Maria Jose Nagata of West Lebanon, N.H.; siblings, Jack, James and Larry Robb, and Leota West, all of Ohio; grandchildren, Kristina Mae Fucini, Louis Donald Fucini and Elizabeth Marjorie Fucini; and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial services were held earlier this week.

Arrangements are by Stetson’s Funeral Home, 12 Federal St., Brunswick.
