FALMOUTH — After a six-month nationwide search, Maine Audubon selected Theodore Koffman, of Bar Harbor, as its executive director.
For the past eight years, Koffman served in the Maine House of Representatives; for six of those, he chaired the Natural Resources Committee. He is also a former program director at Maine’s College of the Atlantic.
Koffman replaces former Executive Director Kevin Carley, of Cumberland, who in August was appointed Peace Corps country director for the Federated States of Micronesia and Palau.
