BATH — Ludger Masse, 78, died Feb. 28 at MidCoast Hospital.
Masse was born April 16, 1933, in Brunswick to Lorenzo and Liane Ouellette Masse. He was an outgoing and lively man who imparted a strong impression on everyone who had the pleasure to meet him.

He was a lover of all sports, especially baseball, and was active in the community as a baseball coach for many years. A die hard fan of all New England teams, he was almost never seen without one of his many baseball caps in support of his favorite teams.
