The Maine Juniors 14-Gold volleyball team, featuring several local players, recently won the New England Region Volleyball Association championship.
The team consists of Coach Kim Stoddard, Megan Thornton (Scarborough), Mackenzie Nichols (Falmouth), Madison Knight (Gray), Mya Jones (Scarborough), Ellie Perry (Gorham), Maeve McQueeney (Cape Elizabeth), Gwen Dorsey (Scarborough), Lily Dunton (Cape Elizabeth) and Maddie Strouse (Scarborough).
Absent: Caroline Hammond (South Berwick).
