Maine Coast Waldorf junior Ava Haag (fore) and her crew, Greta Morrisette of Scarborough, placed first in a recent invitational regatta in Rockland Harbor that involved four teams with 20 high school sailors. The two sailors are part of SailMaine’s Southern Maine High School Sailing Team (SMHSST), a comprehensive high school sailing program for any Portland area student whose school does not have a sailing team.
