The MAINEiax Black team, featuring an abundance of local players, won the Sound Lacrosse Summer Classic tournament at Fairfield University in Fairfield, Connecticut last month. MAINEiax defeated home turf team 207 Lacrosse, 7-3, before beating Homegrown Blue, 8-4, in the final.
