The Casco Bay Bantam Minors won the recent New Hampshire Junior Monarchs President’s Day AAA tournament. Led by Ben Freeman’s five goals and three assists, the Bantam Minors went 5-0 in the tournament. The Minors beat the New Hampshire Junior Monarchs 6-3 in the final. The team also featured goalies Will Coleman and Dane Pauls, Stephen Barry, Aiden Black, Zach Doucette, Ted Hart, Peter Hurley, Zach Luce, Conner MacDowell, Colin Merrill, Sam Michaud, Cody Pierce, Griffin Py, Max Watson, Sterling Weatherbie and Alden Weller. The team was coached by John Hart, Dave Weatherbie, Paul Freeman and Brad Weller.
